Terms and Conditions

Jet Set Los Cabos offers a flexible, one-year timeshare/lease agreement for luxury private jets, covering all operational costs and providing comprehensive insurance, with the promise of top-tier maintenance, qualified crew, and the flexibility of termination with a 10-day notice. Our agreement ensures seamless and luxurious travel experiences, tailored to the specific needs of our clients, underscored by a commitment to safety, efficiency, and unparalleled service.

Cancellation Policy

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy is the following:

  • If we receive your cancellation notice 48 hours or more before the time of departure – your cancellation fee will be equal to 30 minutes of flight time.
  • If we receive your cancellation notice 48 hours or less from the time of departure – your cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of one hour of flight time.
