Our flight was perfect. Bernardo and Rodrigo were ready early, met us in the lobby of the FBO and handled our immigration papers in a flash. We were there a little early ourselves so we were able to leave 30 minutes early their to their preparation. The flight was very smooth and Bernardo popped our champagne for us and came and visited us in the cabin mid fight to see if we needed anything. Even the customs officers in Tucson were the best, most friendly crew we've eve experenced so all-in-all a very pleasant experiencel Truthfully we've never had a complaint with Jet Set Los Cabos and we really appreciate the attentive service. Wet see you in a few months!

Well, my feedback is that this was an amazing experience. The services and hospitality from the captains was incredible and very VIP all the way. They were incredibly professional, courteous and attentive to us. The plane was in great condition and clean and thank you for allowing us to put the logo on there and magazines inside. Myself and my friends had a wonderful time and we cannot wait to be able to use your services again. Thank you again for everything and an amazing experiencel

Flight was great. New plane is a nice upgrade. Jose & Tito were awesome. We didn't have much interaction with the copilot. Tito has a wonderful and pleasant disposition. The breakfast is a nice addition.
